Domestic Return Policy

TopGuitarsGlobal wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase provided it meets the following criteria:

1. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by an authorized TopGuitarsGlobal representative. Please email Support@topguitarsglobal.com with your order number to obtain an RMA. Products returned without an RMA may not be identifiable and therefore could significantly delay the refund process.

2. Any damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Products can only be returned within 24 days of the delivery date. You may be asked to submit photos in the case of damage. Please email those photos to Support@topguitarsglobal.com. Returns won’t be accepted after 24 days from delivery for any reason.

3. If you would like to exchange a product, please request an RMA and specify that you’d like to exchange.

4. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact TopGuitarsGlobal as soon as possible. We'll make our best effort to cancel your order. However, because we offer same-day shipping service, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of any order. In the event that your order has already shipped, please request an RMA and follow the standard return process.

5. At our discretion, non-defective returns may be assessed a 45% restocking fee. Non-defective returns will only be accepted in resalable condition with original packaging.

6. If you refuse delivery of an order, you'll be charged a restocking fee. Please request an RMA and follow the standard return process to be refunded in full.

7. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

8. All returns must be shipped to TopGuitarsGlobal postage paid. We don’t pay for return shipping.

9. Upon receipt of a return, we conduct a routine inspection prior to issuing a refund. Please note that the process can take up to 7 - 10 business days for the refund to be issued once we’ve received the return. If mailing an item back to us, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the product returns to TopGuitarsGlobal without shipping damage. While not required, we encourage customers to consider purchasing insurance when shipping return items as we cannot issue refunds for items that arrive damaged due to shipping from customer back to TopGuitarsGlobal.

10. We cannot accept harmonicas as returns. Due to health laws, harmonicas must be returned to the manufacturer.

 

Returns and Damaged Item Policy : All items are inspected prior to shipping via insured UPS with a 3 day inspection period from the delivery date in which you must contact us with the intent to return an item in that you are not happy with for a refund or to report any damage that occurred during shipping and for a replacement item to be sent. All undamaged items that are returned for a refund must be post marked within 24 hours of notification of intent to return and sent via insured delivery and postage paid by the sender. We will not accept items that are damaged during return. Items that have had damage occur during shipping to you will be picked up at your location via insured return delivery. And a new item will be sent. All notification of items over the 3 day limit will be bound to the warranty listed below only. 
 
Scratch and Dent Items
 
All scratch and dent items, sold as is with no returns. There will be a three day limit to contact TopGuitarsGlobal to report any damage during shipping for replacement only.
 
 
Additional Warranty Information
 
Your new string instrument from TopGuitarsGlobal is warranted for a period from 15 days to 1 year from purchase date on the following only: Manufactures defects in materials and / or workmanship of the body, neck and fittings. Please note that items such as : Bows, strings, bridges, cases, and other accessories may be covered and if so, listed above. These items have been inspected and found in excellent condition prior to your purchase and shipping. If found to be defective or damaged during shipping, please report to TopGuitarsGlobal within 24 days after delivery for repair or replacement. All string and bridge clearances will be checked, gauged, strung, tuned and set according to common standards then de tuned prior to packing and or shipping due to temperature and humidity changes while in transit. These instruments will need tuning by one qualified to do so. You may also need personalized string or bridge adjustments to fit your own style of play, not covered by TopGuitarsGlobal. We are not responsible for any string changes recommended by teachers/instructors.Buyer is responsible for correct instrument maintenance, proper service and care of each instrument. This is not the responsibility of TopGuitarsGlobal. Warranty will be voided should we find the instrument to be altered, neglected, abused or repaired by those other than TopGuitarsGlobal. Tuning and/or adjustments or repairs made by those other than TopGuitarsGlobal are not covered. We will repair or replace under warranty items only as needed and found to be covered under waranty by TopGuitarsGlobal. Should the instrument be brought in to our shop or returned Via post, only the cost of non covered items will apply. For special ordered items, nomally not in stock, they will be subject to terms listed above with refunds not applicable. All sales on special order items are final. Only warranty listed herein applies. All returned items or items for repair or replacement must be sent or brought to TopGuitarsGlobal. All return shipping charges shall be paid for by the sender and is not covered by TopGuitarsGlobal as well as the replacement item return shipping charges incurred by TopGuitarsGlobal. We will replace or refund only for defects in materials or workmanship, not on the basis of strings, bridges or other personal preferences. Your sales invoice must accompany all claims. By placing an order by phone, fax, Email or in person you acknowledge all terms and conditions listed herein and as found on your invoice included with your order, covering returns and warranties.

International Return Policy

The TopGuitarsGlobal return policy differs for international orders due to the complexities of customs clearance.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to exchange or reship international orders.

Power Requirements

Electrical products sold by TopGuitarsGlobal require 120 volts of power (i.e., 120V/60Hz) as is standard for North America. If you live elsewhere, you’ll need both plug and power converters. They’re inexpensive and easily found at most electronics stores. We don’t sell them ourselves.

The following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened or unused:

Strings, reeds, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, world, wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, body jewelry, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product. Due to their return policies.

All returned items must include a ( Return Authorization Number ), be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner's manual and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused.

Should you decide to return your shipment, please follow the return steps provided TopGuitarsGlobal and pack your return carefully to prevent damage in shipment.
Stringed instruments priced at $1999.00 or more, must be returned within 4 day after you receive the item's/shipment. Return items not meeting these requirements may be refused or a restocking fee of up to 45% may be assessed.

Limitation of Liability TopGuitarsGlobal   DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. TopGuitarsGlobal   WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR STATUTORY DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BUNDLED WITH THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, MUSIC4LESS.NET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

There are only 2 steps to return a product to us

  1. Contact us here to notify us that you are returning the product and obtain a RMA number
  2. Send the product back in original condition with the RMA number written on a letter describing the return INSIDE the box
    (Do NOT write the RMA# on the outside of the box.)

No returns will be accepted, exchanged or refunded without a RMA#
Software, Books and DVDs will not be accepted for refund, return or exchange
